In the event a dispute or controversy shall arise all claims, disputes or legal actions of any nature whatsoever whether in law or equity will be submitted first to mediation and then, if mediation fails , to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, in Los Angeles, California, and at no other location. In the event of mediation and/or arbitration, each party will pay for their own attorney fees and costs. (The loser does not pay for the winners attorney fees or costs). The parties expressly acknowledge that they waive any and all rights to a trial by jury.
